The Human Capital Investment and Reporting Council (HC IRC) and Community bring together leaders in human resources, finance and social investment to transform the way organizations measure, report on, analyze, and invest in their people to ensure sustainable human capital management practices and measurable business outcomes.

We build community relationships in a cross-disciplinary forum whose members collaborate and share insights on better solutions to create value through people.

We share and leverage resources through forums, monthly virtual meetings, playbooks, shared research and an online curated platform. 

We conduct original member-driven research that includes published case studies, benchmarking, interviews, and surveys.

We enhance readiness of our members through helping them "see around the corner" of trends in human capital disclosure, reporting, sustainability, and investment.
